09 Impreza hatchback too low (not sports model)

Springs are mated to struts, like I said. The assembly is called "loaded." To make the assembly, you need a spring...and a strut. I can do this all day, armed with facts....

Ask them to provide one pic of each and lets see if any two are the same.

I rest my case. You are very weak and uninformed. Go ahead. Prove me wrong. Post your false information in that thread. You will be toasted in minutes. You scared of truth?

You can't find 3 pics? One of you is enough, but thanks. I have real life and real people to get back to. Good luck!

Well, I see this forum is no different than the others. Always got the guy that is an expert, but has no intention to help.
OK, a LOADED strut is the correct term.
Just trying to help a grandkid out with their first car.

Relative bought used. Thinks it is too low.
Measured ride height, center of wheel to wheel arch (fender) as per repair manual. 14.6 inches front, 15 rear. Specs 15.2 front and 15 rear. So, a bit sagged on the struts.
Tire size 205/55ZR16 on car. Look to be stock size. not sure if the Z makes them squat. Not expecting to go that fast.
The previous owner installed some performance wheels. Look to be 7 1/2 inches wide at least. Looking to go back to stock rims.

Could someone measure ride height from the pavement to the wheel arch with stock tires and wheels? Trying to decide where to start with raising back to at least stock height.

Thanks in advance
Bickering about nomenclature aside, just leave the rims for now and buy new complete struts. Rockauto.com sells them for pretty decent prices usually. Hopefully the car is still half decent if some young dude was torturing it lol

We are each entitled to our own opinions but not our own facts. How about we quit the keyboard war and meet at Panera to discuss..old school human interaction? Back on topic my recommendation to the OP stands and i stand behind all i have posted.

No need for this. If you have issues, talk to staff about it, instead of posts like this...
