Will the ABS light put my Subaru into (Limp Mode).

Just recently my Subaru's ABS light came on. When it did, several other problems manifested also. 1st thing was my heater fan dosen't work anymore, 2nd was my automatic fans on the radiator don't regulate the radiators heat anymore, and 3rd , my brake lights don't light up when I push the breaks. I,m in Alaska, so this time of year I need the heater most of all. My 1st thought was to check all fuses and relays. The fuses are all fine and So far I haven't found any problem with the relays.(I still have 2or 3 to test). Does anyone know if there is something that has all these 3 issues involved in one wiring harness or if these are normally connected some how and where. I really appreciate the input. I have a 1998 Subaru Legacey Wagon/w a 2.2 automatic trans. It runs like top and rarely gives me any trouble. Thank you for your attention.
