Will '93 Impreza rack&pinion interchange w/'99 Impreza r&p?

I have a '93 for parts and I know many will bolt right onto my '99. However, I would like to know if parts such as rack and pinion, A arm, struts, rotors, etc are compatible before I take such things off the parts car. Thanks in advance.
