Where is the Rear View, Seat Heater, Cig Lighter Fuse?

?

.._..

I can't figure out which one of them is blown.

My cell charger fell apart (cheap crap) IN the lighter socket and metal
parts in there shorted it out. I assume the fuse is blown but I can't
figure out which one is, they all look the same.

Knowing what box it's in would help, I am going to just replace all of them.

Owners manual will tell you. Or take a flashlight, remove each fuse
and look at it. You'll see visually which one has burnt through the
fusible element.

My fusebox is on the leftside (driver) kickpanel up under the level of
the dash. Pretty hard to see in there unless you crawl in with your
back to the floor with a flashlight to look upward. The pop-off cover
should have a template inside showing what fuse is for what.

Don't rely on looking at the metal loop inside the wafer fuse to
determine if it is blown. I had one that looked good but down below (in
the less transparent part) a section had blown out enough material to
leave behind just a thin piece. An ohmmeter showed continuity so the
fuse looked good but at higher amperage there was too much resistance.
Took me a long time trying to get my radio fixed. Worked when wired up
using patch cables to the battery but not when in circuit. Then I
decided to just go ahead and swap the fuse and, voila, it was fully
functional again. Then I dissected the fuse to see why it looked good,
tested good, but wasn't good.

I'm pretty sure the power socket has a fuse built on the back of it and
will probably need to be replaced.

Duely noted.

Thanks for the tips. I hope it's just the fuse in the box the rest of the
circuit is dead too, unless it's a really strange setup those items are
probably in parallel.
