Water sounds

I have a 2018 50th Anniversary Edition Crosstrek that has 45k on it. I give it a little gas & have heard the sounds of rushing liquids. I just got it back from Subaru & the AutoBody shop. A deer incident on 15Nov21, and well w/the whole plandemic ordeal it took that long to get all the parts & fixed! I drive 124 miles roundtrip to work Monday through Friday.
