Want to add wifi to 2016 Impreza 2.0i hatchback

I know there is a way to get remote start through a cell app.
I seen a lady last month that had it added to her 2009. I have been looking on line with no luck, it must be in my wording. Has anyone here put a app based unit into a 2016? I want it for the wifi start feature. I believe hers was an alarm system.

I am thinking if I swap the navigation/satellite radio from a limited i should be able to get the Starlink for the remote start from cell and car care features.
