Trouble installing coolant feed banjo bolts

Installing a eBay turbo on my legacy gt because the last owner didn’t know you had to change or atleast clean the banjo bolts and as I’m bolting everything back up I go to install the coolant banjo bolts and no matter what I seem to do they won’t thread back in with the line over them
