Timing Belt

I bought a 2012 Outback about 9 months ago with about 89K miles on it. Now I have about 109K miles. I was thinking about changing the timing belt, but when I removed the inspection cover and turned the engine a few times and I was able to see "SUBARU" was still readable on the belt. I'm thinking the previous owner changed it recently, maybe around 80K. I bought the car from a dealer and when I asked the salesman if he knew if the timing belt was changed, he told me it had a timing chain. Probably an honest mistake because many Subarus do have a chain. Anyway, I don't know for sure if it was done recently, but the fact that I can easily read "SUBARU" on the belt tells me it was done not too long ago.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this?
