105k miles. Water pump. Belts. Thermostat. Likely wires-get OEM. Depends what else you've done. There's also a 30k service interval (plugs). Plenty of things worth checking.
You can view it on the driver's side if you remove the small cover to see if there is any degradation/cracks. My 2004 has the original and it looks great. Going to change it on "time" (miles) at 105k...in ~4 years.

This was not from longevity, but a bad install. One part was installed wrong and rubbing the belt.
