Tariff impact

I ordered a 25 Forester that is most likely in transit. If these tariffs go into effect on April 2nd does anyone know if the tariff hits a car in transit? Thanks for any info.

I'm guessing but anything that was already sold will likely skate but anything not already sold and going for inventory will likely have to pay the tab. Just a guess.
