Hi Guys,
My 2009 Legacy wagon got into a low speed collision and was written off, it only has 110,000 km on it and has been very well taken care of. I also have a 2005 Outback that is getting to be a high miler but is also in great condition,
so thinking about swapping the the newer engine and exhaust system from the 2009 into the 2005.
Is this possible? I see the exhaust manifold is quite different on the 2009 but I don't see any possible interferences at the moment, the engine mounts and transmissions seem to be identical.
Any foreseeable ECU/DME problems?
Thanks,
Chris
