Swapping a 2.0 turbo into an 2.5na body car

Hello all, so i have a beatiful 2003 subaru wrx bugeye and sadly its starting to rott underneath, i still drive it pretty often and the motor only has 140k, so its still got plenty of life, i have found an 2003 bugeye with a 2.5na engine it it, so my question is how much of a job would it be to swap my 2.0 into it? I know it will bolt in there just fine or so i think, im just wondering about the wireing harness because im assuming it will be different because of it being a 2.5 and also non turbo, so im wondering if there is a master plug at the firewall that im hopeing i can just unplug all the 2.5 harness and drop my 2.0 in and its harness and plug back in, i dont think it will be that easy as to why im asking the question here to see what im getting into, i will also be swapping the trans and drivetrain because i also beleive the 2.0 drivetrain and trans is stronger then the 2.5no or it might be the same, they both are automatic so please any help will be ver much apreciated, thank you!!
