Hi my name if Jeff. I recently bought a manual 2010 Subaru forester and it's giving me trouble starting. I got the battery,alt and starter tested at auto one and it said pass yet when someones tap on the starter it starts up. Can someone explain to me what that could mean. I don't have a lot of money to keep changing parts out but I have to fix it
