Starlink autostart problem

When you pay good money to get a feature, and it is not available, it is very aggravating. I used autostart to start my 2020 Outback yesterday. It ran for 10 minutes and I then I did it again to give it 20 minutes running. I did this because it is cold, and I had not started my car in a while. It started fine, BUT then the next day I went to start it remotely again because I was going to actually use the car, the app said it could not start it because it had already run for 20 minutes, and it would require a manual start. This is ridiculous, the car had not been run for 24 hours and it is making me manually start it. What is the use of this app if it does not work? I can see where it would stop you from doing this in a short time period but after a certain amount of time this should reset, certainly in 24 hours. Very Aggravated!
