Speedometer needed

Hi
I need a speedometer for a 99 Legacy, cheap but working!
It has RED pointer and part number is 85020AC330, (NOT white pointer
85020AC220, which is for pre-99 Legacy and not interchangeable. I can get
plenty of those on ebay!).

I got a '99 Legacy with the same problem. What is to prevent you from
buying it at the dealership... too expensive ?

How much is the stealership asking for this part ?
