My dashboard lights were all lit up. Took it to dealer and they said it needed a software upgrade. Got the upgrade and then my sound for radio/bluetooth didn't work. The car shows the radio and calls coming in but there is no sound at all. I took it back and they said the amplifier keeps popping the fuse so the amplifier needs to be replaced for $1,500. No thank you! I called Subaru Customer Service and they are no help at all. They say it is unrelated to the software upgrade. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I am beyond pissed! Thank you!

Subaru has been having electronics issues since 2010 in teh Legacy/Outback models and perhaps others. I wouldn't own one newer than 2009.

The dealer is not being very honest with you, the Amplifiers are about $375.-$500. and labor should be no more than about an hour.
