2019 Outback Premium Sirius radio started cutting out then quit the next day. AM/FM radio still worked. I tried the chat bot diagnostic at Sirius Radio web site then was elevated to a real person tech support but still no dice. Took my dealership 3 weeks to sort it out with Subaru Engineering and Sirius Radio tech support. They replace the radio with a refurbished unit and the shark fin antenna. All is working now. Glad to have had the free loaner car as the bill was over $1,600 that included an oil change.

I had SiriusXM for year and tired of paying the monthly fees. I complained and they would reduce the price but then it go back up. Eventually I just told them I wouldn’t pay
That price and took the streaming option. About $4 plus taxes. I can stream to any device now and just run it through the app on the phone. After a couple of years of that I bailed and just stream Radio Garden a cool app that has radio stations all over the world. It works for me along with the other free options out there.
