Should I fix or sell as is?

Selling my 2018 Subaru Outback 4wd Limited. 116,000 miles. Good condition outside of the ghost screen of death for the infotainment system and 1 x low beam fog lights that needs to be replaced. I understand how to replace both, but the light that is out seems like a lot of trouble since you have to replace the whole part. My question is:

1. Is it worth replacing this light and putting in an aftermarket infotainment system for resale value?

I will do the install/repair myself but it's more is it worth the money/time or should I sell as in?
