Short thin plastic hose

I found a short thin plastic hose lying on top of my 2016 Legacy's radiator after I took it in for service today. The shop is closed now. Can someone please help identify whether this is a part from my car or maybe something else they just had around the shop?

I contacted the shop this morning. Luckily, this is not a part from the car but rather something they use in the shop for refilling brake fluid.
