Shifting 2022 wilderness

I am having sloppy shifting problem mostly when it is hot. The problem is the car shifts up then down to accelerate. Of course it does not happen every time . And it does not happen at all on cruise control. I have 30.000 miles . Surbaru service said it was just a Subaru . I was told that Subaru had that problem but had fixed it on the wilderness . Any suggestions on where to start ?
