RS/TS 2.5 engine questions

I have been trying to find some engine spec's for 2002/3/4 RS and TS.
Looked all over: factory brochure; Google; Car & Driver, etc>
1) Bore and Stroke
2) Valve train description and adjustment method, or is it hydraulic?
Is it an interference engine? Mitchell timing belt manual doesn't
mention about interference which usually means it isn't.

When I (probably) move back to Minnesota next year, I will want to
sell my Corolla and get an AWD vehicle. So far I am torn between a
RAV 4 and a Impreza TS. If anyone has anything to say pro or con
either way, I would like to hear it. Thanks guys and gals....

The ej25 (2.5L) SOHC is an interference engine. The valves are mechanical
and have an adjustment check interval of 105,000 miles which is the same as
the timing belt replacement mileage. For bore and stroke, it is an over
square at about 3&7/8 bore by about 3&1/8 inch stroke. To get exact numbers
