Configure your newsreader to physically wrap lines at 72-76 characters
in length (72 is better to permit more indentation levels when quoting
in replies).
Those that got a manual with their 95 Impreza have a book, not a CD.
You really think someone is going to scan their manual so you can get a
crappy scanned copy?
Sometimes someone at eBay sells what you want. If not on sale now,
create a search and save it to have emails sent to you when one comes up
that meets your criteria (currency, max price, PayPal accepted, etc).
For example of one that already sold there:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1995-95-SUBARU-IMPREZA-OWNERS-OWNER-MANUAL-BOOK-OEM-/190528371974
Here's some that haven't sold yet:

Some sites have .pdf files of owners manual, like:
http://carpdf.net/
They have one for 93-96 Impreza. Some places sell them, like
http://www.books4cars.com/ (they list your model and year).
You could also head over to your local library to check what auto books
they have there (e.g., Haynes) that cover your brand and model.

We would appreciate if you didn't spam the newsgroups with your choice
for a newsreader. Either disable its spam appendage (which isn't even
after a sigdash delimiter to put the spam in a signature) or use a
different NNTP client. Until then, the appended spam is in the *body*
of your posts which means your posts are spam.
GrabIt sucks for *writing* posts. Use it only for reading, like yanking
those self-entertaining attachments in the binary groups.
