Replacing seat tracks on my 2018 Forester

I have a 2018 Forester Limited. The front seats sit too high and looking for suggestions on how to lower them. I am looking to replace the seat tracks with lower seat tracks. Would a seat track from another model such as a WRX fit the 2018 Forester? Please help.....
