Replacement Of Exhaust Pipe Front Design Change

Just got huge repair bill for my 2019 Ascent Touring vehicle for: Exhaust Manifold Replacement, Valve Body R&R and Harness Check. Replace. Who pays? There was a service bulletin sent out on 9-23. I am now at 107,000 miles being asked to pay $4,000 for the above repairs. Warranty/Claim Information is as follows (as stated on the Service Bulletin of 9-23). "For vehicles within Basic New Car Warranty, Federal Emissions Extended Defect Warranty, and SAS Gold Coverage, this repair may be submitted using the following claim information. Sabaru knows of these defects and tries to hide behind them until an official recall is issued. NO MORE SABARU CARS (my family has owned 3) FOR MY FAMILY.
