Hi, I have a 2020 limited and we were rear ended a while back, the bumper was replaced and painted and I assumed the sensors were also but they were were not. The sensors were recalibrated and seem to be a little less sensitive, not necessarily a bad thing but concerning none the less. I returned to the collision center to see if there was an issue and noticed that the sensors on the damaged side were pushed in a bit. The technician took the car into a bay and returned and said that they were not seated properly. They apparently seated them. Here’s my question.
Should I take it to the dealership to have the sensors evaluated?

I would have them checked out. With all the variation in technology, it's hard for everyone to keep up At least the dealership should be well versed in their parts.
