I bought a 2016 Crosstrek that was wrecked. All fixed but have one proble still remaing. When I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right and let go it will turn itself all the way to the left . It is an electric rack and pinion. Any ideas on what causes this. The car did need a left side strut and a lower control arm and a tie rod end due to the wreck. I figure either a damaged rack and pinion unit or some sort or sensor. Your thoughts???? Thank you

Just wanted to update my steering problem so viewers who encounter this problem will have some idea what the problem might be. I removed my rack and realized the case was cracked and therefore working improperly. I replaced the rack and all is back to normal. I hope this helps someone in the future that runs into this problem.
