All, I'm a third time Outback owner (2011, 2018, 2025). I took delivery of the 2025 Outback Touring a month ago and am pleased with everything but the various Subaru manual guidance on SiriusXM, and of course, SiriusXM's very difficult to navigate help and support website.
I am told I can create up to five listener profiles, but I am not able to log in to do so. I have stumped the Sirius XM helpdesk and currently have my case elevated to a case manager. I'm wondering if anyone has figured out which SiriusXM account to log into (account using email address to manage subscription or account with SiriusXM assigned username to stream on a phone)? The customer service rep thought it should be the latter, but it doesn't work for me. She also said I did not need to create a new login.
I do have to say that I can use the radio fine without this and can use the app on Apple CarPlay fine without this, but I would like to keep favorites in synch across listening devices (car, phone, tablet, smart tv).
