Other Subaru Forums?

I find this forum to be informative and was wondering if there are other Subaru related forums that you can recommend?

There are a ton of them. Depends on what you want and how technical you are. This is mostly electronics problems and fit/finish.

Thanks. I didn't realize this forum was mostly electronics. I get a lot of hits when I google "Subaru forum" but this is the only forum I've joined so far. I have a Forester Premium and I'm fairly technical but I no longer work on my own cars (except for oil and filter changes). The Forester is very reliable and I've had few problems with it, but am just looking for somewhere to get feedback from other Forester owners in case I run into trouble.

That depends on the forum. I belonged to an offroad forum once that was a real gold mine of useful info. Together we probably knew more about the vehicle than the maker did. Of course it's gone down hill since the current owner cares only about money.

Nearly all forums have gold. It is all of the not gold that makes them a PITA. I've been hunting for months, on model specific forums, for some basic info about my JDM Legacy.

Maybe it has something to do with the core culture.
Off roading has a lot to do with helping each other so the people tend to be more into sharing info.
AAA ain't comin out in the boondocks so you either fix it yourself, get help from others or start walkin. I lost count of the people I've helped get off the trail and folks who helped me in turn. I carried welding gear along but didn't need to haul nearly as much beer to camp out with after that.
