No interior lights and dash is dim except for odo

had windshield replaced recently. interior lights not working, time, radio, and thermometer dim. checked all the fuses with test light and were good. found a cut wire in the passenger side a-piller, fixed the wire and still no interior lights. changed all the bulbs still no lights. took apart the dash didnt find any broken wires, or any ground connections undone during the new windshield replacement. brand new key fob also not working. help

Have the windshield place come back and fix it. You're just throwing mud at the wall instead of diagnosing it. Probably a mostly cut wire or corroded connector not letting enough amps through.
