My 2010 Subaru Outback with 185k miles will not blow any air from the vents or even defrost, unless I am going 50-60 and maintain that or a faster speed. I replaced the battery and it seemed to help for a few weeks. I then replaced fuses, since replacing fuses I can hear a clicking sound coming from the glove box area. I am on a tight budget and want to do repairs myself if possible the hardest part obviously is diagnoses. Please help me figure out what is wrong. I am assuming it is the blower but I have no idea how many other parts contribute to that job of the vehicle.
