Anyways, I tried the following:

Quick google search told me it’s the brake light switch issue, I bought one from Amazon and replaced it. However that didn't help and the lights still on
2.
I unscrewed the battery, waited for 10 mins. The lights still on the moment I started the car! It’s like it’s got some memory on the circuit?
3.
I used obdii car scanner with the app. It didn’t catch any error code… everything seems normal.
