My crosstrek 2018 keeps dying

Hi. Has anyone else experienced this? My car keeps dying. first time we got a new battery at autoparts. They told us it was the wrong size battery not strong enough. Second time I got a subaru battery at the dealership. Same thing. Now it is dead again and it won't even take a charge. They tried 3 times to charge it (battery pack, vehicle, tow truck) but still won't start. Any thoughts?
