my 02 legacyonly runs good for 10 min

I have a 02 Legacy wagon with a problem, it starts on all 4 cylinders but after about 10 min it cuts down to 2 or3. Ive replaced o2 sensors, cats crankshaft position sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter and the ECM I'm running out of things to try, it always runs the same, with current fuel prices I need to get it driveable HELP thanks Dan68
