The seat is suppose retract? Sorry I can't give you an answer, I would like to make mine retract.Hi my driver’s seat has stopped retracting on entry and the door switches for presetting the seat no longer works also I cannot register user on the screen settings for memory settings on drivers seat BUT the manual electric switches on side of the seat still move the seat ,any ideas help please
The retraction feature and memory depend on the trim level and options in question. Lower level trims do not have the auto retract feature or memory. You must have the memory outside mirrors and seats option as well. These features may also use the driver attention monitor on top of the dashboard to operate. The seat position with the driver monitoring is actually done via facial recognition as well as the door mounted switches . The seat memory feature can be had with just door switch activation, but requires an option with seat and outside mirror memory. Is anything restricting the camera view if so equipped?
