"Maintenance Required" when starting Forester

Does this "Maintenance Required" alert when starting my car indicate something is wrong? My car is running fine at 135K miles.

Probably due for some sort of service like an oil change or the like. With that many miles, maybe a timing chain or timing belt service.

That’s an annoying feature that you can turn off. Just keep track yourself of when oil changes are due. I change every 4500-5000 miles.
