Looking For an Inexpensive Impreza

Hello, I am looking to buy an Impreza for a small amount of money. I’ve been looking at Imprezas that have been salvaged due to a front end or the like and I figured that I would just have to replace some headlights, front bumper and maybe a hood and I could get hopefully a good car for a low price. I recently just found a car with a clean title and it has a great price! I was looking at the pictures and I noticed some rust above one of the wheel wells. It is a 2013 from Pennsylvania should I be concerned about it being all rusted out? I like the car very much however I am concerned about the car falling apart from excessive rust. The auction is in about a day so I would greatly appreciate if anyone could please take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think. Thank you!
