Led upgrade trouble

I have a 2002 Impreza wrx upgraded the fog lights to led tested them they work an hour later I upgrade the headlights to led test them they work turn on the fog lights and the don’t turn on. WHY?

When I hit the fog light switch my low beams switch to high but the fog lights don’t turn on and everything work fine with led fogs and halogen headlights
