First step is to determine if it's the fob or the car. If you have another fob then it's easy. If the other fob works then the fob in question has likely gone south. However although you have replaced the battery, the obvious first step, I'd probably replace it again being very careful that the job has been done right. If the fob is indeed bad then you'll likley have to belly up to the bar and buy a new one from your dealer. Prepare yourself because they're not cheap. Do however retain the key from your failed fob because those aren't cheap either. Maybe you can even buy a new fob without a key to save a few bucks.
