I have a 2019 Crosstrek Hybrid. I am looking at buying a rechargeable jump starter. First off, is it safe for this car? Second, they come in 1000 and 2000 amp models. Which is required or preferable? Thanks for any input.

Jump starter for what battery?
The service battery yes.
The Hybrid battery = NO!
For the service battery when required.
