Hello everyone,
I have a 2016 Crosstrek Limited and I am experiencing starting issues. Every other time I go out to the garage to start my car I experience a no start. Key in the ignition, turn all the way to start, all aux turn on, but it acts as though the battery is dead or low. I turn off ignition, remove key, put key back in and starts right up. I plugged in OBDII I borrowed from a friend. It gives me three codes (in this order) P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit, P0345 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 2 and P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor. Sometimes on a no start, the check engine light comes on and cruise control indicator blinks. The battery was replaced in July. I am asking if anyone has experienced this issue and what was your fix?
