I have a 2024 Impreza RS. I'm happy with the car but hate the low profile tires. The car has a really bumpy ride with only a few inches of clearance... and any pothole, manhole cover, dip in the road slams the car. Could I switch out tires with what they put on a Crosstrek? They have the same body. I just want beefier tires.

In general, tires are part of the suspension and in some cases, other components like spring rates and struts/shocks might vary. That is easy enough to find out just by looing up part numbers. The other would be clearance if they are taller wider, overall.
