I'm here because of a misfire

Bought this 07 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. $2.5k. Get home check engine light. Compression Psi is 100 dry in #4 Others are 155 to 160 psi. Replaced plugs, wires (the #4 was different), cleaned throttle body and egr, also alternator. Runs better but still. CEL flashes after a few minutes at idle but goes away aftet 2nd gear. Took to a local subaru performance shop for leak down test. Confirmed bad exhaust valves. Seems like easiest and fastest option would be to replace engine. Anyone have a good low mileage EJ253?
