I finally saw a SAABaru

N

nobody

....and naturally it was in Ballard (the quintessant Scandahoovian part
of Seattle)...

At first and from a distance it appeared to be an Imprezza wagon of some
sort but the trim and badges looked strange. When I pulled up alongside
I could see the SAAB badges.

If you don't believe such an animal exists:
http://www.saabusa.com/ and check out the 9-2X AWD

I saw one of these in Northern Virginia last week. It threw me as I thought
this was some new Impreza or Outback Sport. But sure enough it was a SAAB.

I've seen quite a few of them around Salt Lake/Park City. Typical GM
bullsh**, they didn't even really try to disguise the fact that it's a
Subaru.

Thank Dog that GM no longer has a stake in Subaru...thieving whores.
I'm surprised they didn't slap every GM badge in the stable on it.
Could you imagine GM trying to pass the WRX off as a Cadillac?!?

Yeah, actually I'd be the first in line for one of those.

I agree - what kind of GM BS is this?? I was just looking at saabusa.. guess
what kind of engine it has?? 4 cyl - 2.5l - Horizontally opposed. Maybe (with
any luck) GM stole the piston slap problem as well.
