How to lower volume on Waze/Maps/Google Maps voice

What setting do I change in a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness to reduce the volume on the various maps apps? They are LOUD!

While the app is running (giving direction etc.) use the volume knob to turn it down. This does not interfere with your audio volume as it is a separate setting.

When your ways comes on to tell you which way to turn quickly turn the volume button down, that sets the volume for maps etc
