Help with gps on 2019 outback

Not sure I'm in the right place but I'll post here anyway. Does anybody have issues trying to find directions with the map searchs Quite a few times when I put in address or company name I don't get any results or it tells me the wrong side of the destination. Any ideas how to correct this issue
