H6 MPG?

I recently bought a 2001 LL Bean, have put about 1800 miles on it,
mostly highway, 65-75 MPH, in the Southern Appalachians. I'm getting
about 27-28 MPG using premium unleaded, and about 24 MPG in town. Just
wondering what other people are getting with the H6. So far I am not
displeased, since this MPG is peobably not statistically significantly
different from my 1998 H4 OB Wagon.

I have a 2002 VDC Sedan; it currently has 63,000 miles on it. I've owned it
since it was new.
I consistently get 24-25 mpg in the city and 25-26 on the highway
(65-80mph). I've never gotten higher than 26, so you are doing well. Also,
in the first couple of years I stayed with premium but in the past couple of
years I've been using mid-grade, and occasionally premium.
