Has anyone incurred the smell of gasoline when filling up on their 2005 Baja Turbo?

Im jealous of your baja lol. But i have an 04 fxt and created this problem intentionally for myself by unplugging one of the evap hoses from the charcoal canister in the rear. Canister got plugged and caused starting/filling up issues and this was the easiest solution. If its not that specifically, its definitely part of the evap system in general
