Front wipers problem

Hi,
When I power off the front wipers they don't go back to the park position. Any idea why? Also the intermittent function is not working.

electronic is often hard to diagonse i would start from checking everything with wires and engines :D

i know i didn't say much cause thats a problem with electronics once i had airbag light on my car and guy who is great at electronic wasted like 2 weeks checking wiring etc
