Front bike rack on an Outback Onyx

Does anyone know if it’s possible or what the ramifications are putting a bike rack with a receiver on the front of a Subaru outback onyx XT?

And the model year is?
And the trim level is?
The Touring trim has a rearview camera mirror
Included is an extra EyeSight camera.
It enhances the forward collision warning system.
If it has added ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist System) capabilities, it is not a good idea.
Include the dimensions of the bike as opposed to curb height and obstructions to the drivers view.
Use a rear mounted bike rack.
