First time JDM Forester owner

Hello, just recently picked up a JDM 2002 Forester XT with the turbo ej20.
have some sitting oil on top of the engine and suspect it may be the PCV hoses/valve. does the 2.0L take the same PCV valve as the USDM 2.5L EJ?
and to all my Canadian JDM owners where is the best place to get JDM compatible parts?
